How to deal with stress

Stress is normal but sometimes it’s hard to deal with it.

I’m really stressed before we are celebrating something just like Christmas, Birthdays… but I learned how to handle the Stress. These are my tips for you:

  1. Figure out where the stress is coming from
  2. Manage your time- write a to-do-list
  3. Exercise/Running/Workout
  4. Talk to someone
  5. Meditating
  6. Get more sleep
  7. Watch a funny movie
  8. Listen to your favorite songs
  9. Get some fresh air
  10. Drink water + eat something healthy
  11. Take breaks, even a short one can make a difference
  12. Last one- Take two mins or more to do nothing (no music, no TV, no phone, just sit down and look around or close your eyes and take a deep breath)

Okay these are my tips. Always remember that you don’t need to go through stress or something else alone. You can always go to you friends or family. You got this!
